    The notion of a woman lifting weights and having muscles didn’t bode well with my family and background. Perhaps that’s why strength training was never something I looked up to. However, that changed in November 2021 when I met Ammi. With sustainable strategies in mind, Ammi focussed on my vision and goals and entangled them with her knowledge. While I was initially determined to simply lose weight, Ammi assisted me to have a wholesome outlook towards fitness. From accepting my body as it is to building a positive relationship with it, from pushing myself to meet my goals to accepting days when I can’t, from building nutritional discipline to respecting my body’s urge to give into my cravings… Ammi has and continues to assist me with positive health, body and food image.     Initially, I had a fear of the gym and fear of 'personal trainers' because I felt they had a bad reputation in pop culture. I was afraid of being yelled at and forced to push myself to a limit I was not comfortable with. But this turned out to be the complete opposite experience with Ammi! She is so kind and really takes the time and effort to know her individual clients, and tailor her approach to suit each person. She knows what I am comfortable with, and has just the right touch on when and how to gently push me towards the next level. This left me feeling disconnected from my body and its needs which caused me to continually revert back to where I started. Now, I’m here to help you break free from this cycle and take back the control in your life to cultivate a healthier you!

With over 7 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I’ve empowered many women to achieve a variety of goals including weight loss, muscle gain, improved overall health, and developing a stronger relationship with themselves. As a qualified Clinical Nutritionist and Personal Trainer, I take a holistic approach, creating personalised programs that address your unique needs and deliver sustainable, long-term results.
